Payment advice in CSV format

We are PeopleSoft 9.2 image 5 - just about to move to PTools 8.59.

In PeopleSoft financials, has anyone introduced functionality to email suppliers a payment advice as a CSV text file format (we still want to send each supplier the delivered PDF file) as part of the pay cycle process.
