RECOVER PRIMARY DATABASE FROM SERVICE ?

Hello,

i have a dataguard with a primary and a physical standby

oracle EE 19.19

il see that a standby can by easily recover with a "RECOVER STANDBY DATABASE FROM SERVICE"

and i was wondering if i could apply this methode to recover the primary from standby?

1) switchover primary => becomes the standby

2) recover standby from service

3) switchover standby => return to primary
