How to show Req's "Note to Buyer (Agent)" on PO

In Oracle EBS Purchasing, I am looking to propagate the requisition note_to_agent or "Note to Buyer" in Oracle EBS to the Purchase Order. We can see the note to Buyer when in Autocreate form but after that there is no place on the PO that we can see the note. My understanding a form personalization can be done on the PO form, not sure of the best method, but I am told with this method when re-approval is done on the PO a DFF created field will be wiped out of any data populated. Any details on a workable solution
