Disparity in Expense values for commitment control insights

We recently configured the Commitment Control Insights OpenSearch dashboard in our FSCM test environment after upgrading to peoplesoft 8.60. The dashboard has been deployed and is accessible but we have noticed that the expense value in Insights is significantly larger( by approx. $30,000) than the expense value in our Budgets Overview report for the same criteria. Can you help us figure out why there is a difference in these values? All other values appear to be correct.
