Is it possible to change the 'Line Details' section in the Fluid Voucher Approval page?

The delivered fluid voucher approval page is not available in Page Composer for the 'Line Details' section, but also does not appear to be in the CF Display Templates.

We would like to change the values in the 'Line Details' section, is there a delivered way to change the headings in this section? Preferably we would like the ability to add new records for the 'line details' section, the same as is possible from requisitions using Page Composer.

It would be great to know if there is something delivered.
