Users getting error when try to open report from Report Manager's LIST tab.

After implementing Password Controls in Financial (PT 8.57), users are getting the following error when trying to pull a report from Report Manager's List tab, but no issue from Administration tab.

"Your password has expired. Before you can access this page, you need to change your password…To change password, go to My System Profile."

and

"You are not authorized to access this component. (40,20)"

We used F5 load-balanced URL to access Financial. We found that if the user used the webserver URL to sign in to Financial, they can pull the report from the List tab.
