Repository Contract

I have two questions:

  1. The repository contract that we create using the Contract Workbench responsibility is part of the Oracle Procurement Contracts module, correct?

  1. In my project (public sector / government entity), there is a dedicated Contracts Division that is primarily responsible for preparing, renewing, terminating, and revising contracts, as well as handling variation orders, currently in their legacy system they have a screen similar to the contract we create in workbench (Repository Contract) in oracle 80% (Similarity) at least , so do you advise me to use this contract page in the contract workbench responsibility to represent the legal part and create a Purchase Order to represent the financial part ?
