In Oracle BI Publisher - dynamic image

Our implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft has a lot of BI Publisher Reports that rely on PS Queries as the underlying data source. We have RTF templates that display the data and all of our reports currently have an embedded image of the client logo. We currently have to modify the RTF template each time the client wants to update the logo.

We are instead updating our RTF templates to have a dummy image with alt text to point to a URL of the agency logo. However this means we will need to have a different template (and a different URL) for each environment which is not sustainable.
