SCA Site Stuck Loading - Commerce Categories disappeared

I'm working on building a site with the latest SCA. This morning the site is not resolving correctly, and stays loading for a long period of time.

Once it does load, only the cms pages are rendering, but the commerce category pages are all gone.

I double checked the records and the catalog is still there, assigned to the correct the site. The commerce categories are still there and assigned to the correct catalog as well as the items still assigned to the correct categories. Just none of it is rendering on the site.

I am using the Manor theme. I disabled all extensions and reverted back to base theme. Same issue. Reverted back to Manor, cleared all cache on browser and NetSuite. Same issue.
