NSC | SuiteBilling: Create Billing Account from Customer > Preferred Billing Account Form Not Used
There are instances wherein when creating Billing Account from Lists > Relationships > Billing Accounts > New, the form used is the Preferred Billing Account Form.
However, when creating a Billing Account from Customer Record > Billing Accounts tab > New, the form used is the Native Billing Account Form.
To resolve, kindly follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms
- Edit the Preferred Billing Account Form
- Mark the USE FOR POP-UPS checkbox
- Click Save
