NSC | Purchase Order > Communication > Email Sent
There are some reports asking why under Purchase Order > Communication tab, an email was sent; but, upon checking the System Notes there are no logs for To Be Emailed box being marked.
If you also encounter this kind of behavior, the email on the Purchase Order was sent via Actions > Email. To confirm, navigate to Actions > Show Activity, the email action is logged here.
