Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
NSC | Sales Order and Invoice > Multiple Sales Rep
If you want the ability to multi-select Sales Rep on your Sales Orders and Invoices, kindly follow the steps below.
- Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features
- Under CRM tab, mark Team Selling
- Save
- Navigate to Setup > Sales > Sales Team > New
- Rename the Sales Team
- Add Members
- Select Sales Role
- Input Contribution %
- Click Save
After doing the actions above, when creating Sales Order and Invoice, the Sales Team tab was added in the records and you can include multiple Sales Reps.
