Email PDF attachment from custom record using Include Transaction
Hello,
We recently implemented Zone Billing and would like to see if it's possible to use the "Include Transaction" option when using "Send Email" inside a workflow. I see the "Include Transaction" check box on our transactions, but the option appears to be missing or not available for custom records. Is this a limitation? Is there any other way to do this?
Currently we have a custom field where the user can download the PDF and then attach it, and it will send that pdf. Ultimately, they would like to do Mail Merge to send the PDF automatically, but the option is not available there either.
