New to NetSuite | Difference between Site Builder and SuiteCommerce Advanced

Site Builder webstore can be customized using HTML, and with the Advanced Site Customization feature, users can also modify pre-existing NetSuite Site Themes, create unique themes, and utilize NetSuite's Web Site Tags. Site Builder is a legacy ecommerce solution in NetSuite that has access to the SSP application platform and free SuiteApps to enhance web store functionality.  

Basic Site Builder Web Store 

 

SuiteCommerce Advanced offers a range of features not available in Site Builder, including SC Themes and Extensions, which provide extensive customization capabilities for your online store. By utilizing Commerce themes and extensions, SuiteCommerce Advanced enables rapid development and customization of online stores. While it grants access to the SuiteCommerce source code, it is recommended to primarily use the extensibility API for customization purposes. Learn more about
