Edit Gift Certificate Email Message
Hello!
I am trying to modify the verbiage in the email our customers receive when they order a Gift Card/Gift Certificate from us. This is not coming from the web. This is the email that comes from the Invoice in NetSuite. I create/approve the Sales Order via a phone call from the customer. The Sales Order then invoices and the email is sent to the customer.
I found a couple of templates but when I edit any of these, my email still has the same verbiage.
Where am I able to edit the email that is sent to our customers from the invoice of a Gift Certificate Sales Order?
