To enhance your site's security, you may occasionally need to monitor the IP addresses associated with customer logins. This allows you to identify suspicious patterns or unauthorized access attempts.

Follow these steps to view shopper IP logs:

  1. In NetSuite UI, go to Setup > Users/Roles > View Login Audit Trail
  2. Set Use Advanced Search Checkbox = T
  3. Under Criteria Tab > Standard Subtab, set Filter to Customer Fields…
  4. Select Internal ID for the Customer Filter
  5. Set Internal ID Condition to ‘any of’
  6. Click the Select Multiple Button
  7. Add IDs
  8. Click Set
  9. Click Add on the Filter
  10. Click Click Submit
