保存トランザクション検索で一部のトランザクションの行が重複または複数表示される場合、考えられる原因は、検索の結果サブタブの下にアドレスフィールドが追加されていることです。

たとえば、保存トランザクション検索には、次の条件と結果が含まれます。

解決策


複数の住所を持つ仕入先レコードがある場合、仕入先に関連付けられたトランザクションの検索結果に重複または複数の行があります。

複数の結果を回避するために、ユーザーは、フィルターを追加するか、住所列を削除することにより、保存検索を変更できます。

フィルタを追加

  1. 既存の保存検索を編集します
  2. 条件をクリックします
  3. フィルター
    • 仕入先フィールドを選択
      • 仕入先フィルター:デフォルト請求先住所を選択
      • デフォルト請求先住所:はいを選択します
      • 設定をクリックします
  4. 保存またはプレビューをクリックします
