ユーザーが経費精算書を種類として使用してトランザクション詳細レポートを作成しようとしています。レポートを生成すると、経費精算書で使用されるすべての勘定科目がレポートページに表示されます。ただし、ユーザーは、すべての勘定科目を表示するのではなく、1つの勘定科目のみを表示してレポートをフィルタリングしたいと考えています。
解決策
1つの特定のアカウントのみを表示してトランザクション詳細レポートを作成するには、ユーザーは次の手順を実行できます。
- レポート> 財務> トランザクションの詳細> カスタマイズに移動します
- レポートビルダーページ> フィルタータブ>次のフィルターを追加します(レポートコンポーネント:フィールド:値):
- トランザクション:日付:範囲2020年1月1日から2020年12月31日(サンプル期間)
- トランザクション:子会社:子会社XXX
- トランザクション:トランザクションタイプ:経費精算書
- トランザクション:勘定科目(ライン):勘定科目XXX
