シナリオ

ユーザーが会社間発注書に請求しようとすると、「トランザクション子会社xxはxxから購入するエンティティxxには無効です」というエラーが表示されます。 このエラーは、直送発注書(または特別発注書)に含まれるアイテムが宛先子会社の異なる通貨を使用している場合に表示されます。



解決策

これが発生した場合は、直送仕入先レコードに追加された通貨を確認することを検討してください

  1. [リスト]> [関係]> [仕入先]に移動します。
  2. 仕入先レコードの影響を選択します。
  3. [財務]タブ> [通貨]サブタブに移動します。
  4. 影響を受ける仕入先レコードに、宛先子会社の通貨が追加されていることを確認してください。
