ユーザーがトランザクション > 従業員 > 経費精算書を入力を介して経費精算書を作成し、総勘定元帳を確認した場合、経費精算書の一部は買掛金に転記されますが、その他は未承認の経費精算書に転記されてしまいます
解決策
経費精算書の総勘定元帳は、承認ステータスによって異なります。
- A. 経費精算書のステータスが下記の場合、総勘定元帳は未承認経費精算書の転記なしの勘定にタッグ付けられます。
- 監督者の承認待ち
- 会計者の承認待ち
- B. 経費精算書のステータスが下記の場合、総勘定元帳は買掛金の勘定にタッグ付けられます。
- 会計者の承認済み
注: 使用されるフォルトの買掛金勘定は、請求書で最新使用した勘定科目(スティッキー(記憶する)機能)です。SuiteAnswers 12571。
ユーザーは、勘定科目フィールドのデフォルト値を必要に応じて変更することができます。
