ユーザーはレポートに残高ゼロの勘定科目を表示するために以下のプリファレンスを有効にしましたが、勘定科目は表示されません。
- レポートビルダー > 追加オプションタブで
- ゼロを表示 = True(以前のトランザクションがあり、現在残高がゼロの勘定科目が表示される)
- 更新されたもののみを表示 = False(更新はないがトランザクションに使用された勘定科目が表示される)
この問題はシステムの制限であり、現在機能改善 117015 として記録されています。これは、残高がゼロのアカウントをレポートに含めるための回避策に関する記事です。

解決策
- トランザクション > 財務 > 仕訳入力
- 同じ金額を勘定科目から借り方と貸方を記入する仕訳帳を作成する
- 仕訳帳を保存する
- 仕訳帳を編集する
- マウスをアクションの上にあわせる
- 削除を選択
- レポート > 財務 > 損益計算書
- カスタマイズボタンをクリックする
- 追加オプションのタブで
- ゼロを表示= True(チェック)、
- 更新されたもののみを表示= False(チェックを外す)
- プレビューをクリック
