場合によっては、指定された購入承認者が発注書を承認できない場合があります。発注書を承認できるようにするために、管理者は一時的に別の購入承認者を割り当てることができます。
解決策
従う手順は次のとおりです。
- 発注書の作成者の従業員レコードを編集します
- 人事タブに移動し、購入承認者フィールドで別の承認者を割り当てます
- 保存をクリックします
注:購入承認者の変更後に作成された発注書のみが、承認のために一時購入承認者にルーティングされます。元の購入承認者のスーパーバイザー承認待ちの発注書は、これらの注文書が編集されて再保存されると、新しい一時的な購入承認者に送信されます。
