次のいずれかで再評価を実行すると、通常、エラー「クローズ済み期間のトランザクションの総勘定科目帳を変更できません」が発生します。
- クローズ済み期間(管理者の場合)
- 開いているがロックされている期間(管理者以外の場合)
解決策
再評価プロセスは、転記および総勘定科目帳を与える活動です。したがって、このプロセスを実行するには、期間のステータスまたはユーザー権限を考慮する必要があります。この問題を解決するためのオプションは次のとおりです。
- 期間終了チェックリストを使用して、期間を再開またはロック解除します
- 設定>会計>会計期間を管理に移動します
- 影響を受けた期間のチェックリスト(虫眼鏡)アイコンをクリックします
- ロックA/R、ロックA/P、またはすべてロックの横にあるGoToTaskアイコンをクリックします
- すべてマークを外すをクリックします
- 送信をクリックします
- 管理者以外の人がロックされた期間にトランザクションを転記できるように、期間制限の上書き権限を追加します
- 設定>ユーザー/ロール>ロールを管理に移動します
- 影響を受けるロールの横にある編集/カスタマイズをクリックします
- 許可タブをクリックします
- 設定サブタブで、期間制限の上書きを追加します
- 保存をクリックします
- 管理者に再評価プロセスを実行してもらう
