確認のため、仕入先/顧客検索を作成します。
解決策
仕入先検索の場合:
- リスト > 検索 > 保存検索 > 新規作成
- 仕入先をクリックします
- 条件タブ > 標準サブタブ
- フィルター:
- 子会社=子会社を選択
- 子会社を表す=子会社を表すを選択
- 子会社
- 子会社を表します
顧客検索の場合:
- リスト > 検索 > 保存検索 > 新規作成に移動します
- 顧客をクリックします
- 条件タブ > 標準サブタブ
- フィルター:
- 子会社=子会社を選択
- 子会社を表す=子会社を表すを選択します
- 子会社
- 子会社を表します
重複するレコードを削除または非アクティブ化し、当該子会社/代表子会社の会社間顧客/仕入先が1つだけであることを確認します。
