シナリオ

2つの関連子会社間で作成された会社間取引を削除する必要があります



解決策

ペアになっている会社間発注書と注文書を削除するには、以下の手順に従います。

非在庫アイテムのみを含む会社間発注書/注文書の場合:

 

  1. グローバル検索で、削除したい会社間注文書を探す
  2. 表示モードで、ペアの会社間取引に表示されている発注書番号を右クリックし、新しいタブで開き、[編集]をクリック
  3. 会社間注文書のタブに戻り、編集をクリック
  4. 結果:「ペアの会社間取引」フィールドが編集可能になりました。 「ペアの関係会社間トランザクション」フィールドを切り替えて、空白に設定
  5. 会社間注文書を保存
  6. 表示モードに戻ったら、会社間注文書で[編集]をクリック
  7. 「追加アクション」にカーソルを合わせ、[削除]をクリック。会社間注文書は削除される
  8. 会社間発注書が開いているもう1つのタブで、[編集]をクリック
  9. 「追加アクション」にカーソルを合わせ、[削除]をクリック。会社間発注書は削除される


在庫アイテムを含む会社間発注書/注文書の場合:

  1. グローバル検索で、削除したい会社間発注書/注文書を探す
  2. 表示モードで、ペアの会社間取引に表示されている発注書番号を右クリックし、新しいタブで開きます
  3. 会社間注文書タブに戻り、編集をクリック
  4. 会社間注文書で、アイテムを非在庫タイプに変更
  5. 会社間注文書を保存
  6. 会社間発注書が開いているもう1つのタブで、[編集]をクリック
  7. 会社間発注書で、アイテムを非在庫タイプに変更
  8. 結果:ペアの会社間取引フィールドと会社間ステータスフィールドがクリアされます
  9. 表示モードに戻ったら、会社間発注書で[編集]をクリック
  10. 「追加アクション」にカーソルを合わせて、[削除]をクリック。会社間発注書は削除される
  11. 会社間注文書が開いているもう1つのタブで、[編集]をクリック
  12. 「追加アクション」にカーソルを合わせて、[削除]をクリック。会社間販売注文は削除される
