現金販売のアイテムが変更されると、注文書>関連レコード>リンクされた現金販売は切断されます。
注文書のアイテムが変更された場合、注文書>関連レコード>リンクされた現金販売は引き続き接続されます。
上記のいずれかで、注文書>ステータスは=請求済みから配送保留に変わります。
解決策
上記の変更は、次の2つの異なるシナリオに適用されます。
A.注文書のアイテムが編集されています
- 現金販売は、注文書>請求ボタンから作成されます
- 注文書ステータスは請求済みです
- 注文書のアイテムを編集します
結果:
注文書のステータスは「配送保留」です
注文書>関連レコードタブ>現金販売は引き続きリンクされています
B.現金販売の広告申込情報が変更されました
- 現金販売は、注文書>請求ボタンから作成されます
- 注文書ステータスは請求済みです
- 現金販売のアイテムを変更して保存する
結果:
注文書状況は配送保留中です
注文書>関連レコードタブ>現金販売は注文書に接続されなくなりました
システムノートは請求額を文書化し、配送保留に戻ります。注文書にリンクされた現金販売を削除するときの同じ動作。
