シナリオ
ユーザがアセットをインポートしているときに、「Invalid custrecord_assetdepracc reference key xx」というエラーが発生。
解決策
無効なcustrecord_assetdepracc参照キーxxエラーは、CSVファイルでの無効な減価償却勘定科目の設定が原因で発生します。これは、アカウント設定の[固定資産管理に表示]フィールドで減価償却アカウントが有効になっていない場合に発生します。
CSVインポートエラーを解決するには、次の手順を検討してください。
- エラーメッセージで参照されている内部IDを使用して、総勘定元帳を編集
- 固定資産管理に表示フィールドで、減価償却累を選択
- 保存
または、固定資産管理に表示フィールドで減価償却勘定が有効になっている別の勘定を代わりに使用することもできます。
注:固定資産を手動で作成する場合、固定資産管理に表示フィールドで減価償却勘定が有効になっている勘定のみが勘定科目タブ> 減価償却勘定フィールドのオプションとして使用できます。
