経費承認レポートの標準リマインダには、保留中の監督者承認と保留中の会計承認ステータスを持つ経費レポートが表示されるが、保留中の会計承認ではなく保留中の監督者承認のステータスを持つ経費レポートのみを表示したい。
解決策
この問題を解決するには、保留中の監督者承認のみの保存検索を作成し、それをリマインダーで利用できるようにします。 これにより、ユーザーがリマインダーを編集して、標準の経費報告書を削除し、作成された保存検索のみをリマインダに追加して承認できます。
保存検索は、以下の手順で作成します。
- レポート> 保存検索> すべての保存検索> 新規作成へ
- トランザクションをクリックする
- 保存トランザクションの検索ページで、以下を設定する
- 「条件(c)」タブで、すべてのフィルターを削除し、以下のみを追加する
- 種類を追加>経費清算書
- ステータスの追加> 経費精算書:監督者の承認保留
- メインラインを追加>は真(True)
- 「結果(r)」タブで、設定に従ってフィールドを追加/削除して以下を追加する
- 種類を追加し、概要の種類をグループに設定する
- ドキュメント番号を追加し、概要の種類をカウントに設定する
- 「条件(c)」タブで、すべてのフィルターを削除し、以下のみを追加する
- 右上にある「リマインダに利用可能」チェックボックスをオンにする
- 保存&実行をクリック
結果:ユーザーがリマインダを設定するとき、「リマインダを選択」ボタンから保存検索を追加できる
