シナリオ
カスタムロールを持つユーザーがCSVインポートを用いて固定資産を作成すると、「無効なカスタムフォーム参照キー -1117」というエラーが発生します。
このエラーは、ロールの設定で標準またはカスタム固定資産ファームが有効になっていないために発生します。これは、アップロードの目的である資産を作成する際に使用するフォームと同じものです。
解決策
FAMバンドルで使用される資産フォームを有効にします。
- 設定 > ユーザー/ロール > ロール管理に移動します
- カスタムロール:編集します
- フォームタブをクリックします
- カスタムサブタブ
- フォームの名前列:標準固定資産フォームまたはカスタム固定資産フォームを探します
- 有効化列:上記のフォームをONにします
- 保存をクリックします
