返品承認から作成されたアイテム受領の総勘定科目帳は、売上原価(COGS)勘定ではなく、販売返品勘定へのクレジットを示しています。
これは、ユーザーが誤って返品勘定をアイテムのCOGS勘定して設定した場合に発生する可能性があります。確認するには、ユーザーはアイテムレコード>会計タブ>COGS勘定に移動できます。
解決策
- アイテムレコード>会計タブ>COGS勘定に移動します
- COGS勘定を変更します
- 保存をクリックします
注:COGS勘定は、関連するすべてのトランザクションがオープン期間に属している限り、アイテムレコードで変更できます。勘定科目が変更されるため、これは財務諸表に影響を与えることに注意してください。
また
正しい売上原価勘定で新しいアイテムを作成してから、古いアイテムの残高を新しいアイテムに移動します。
