標準の従業員センターロールを使用していても、従業員センターロールの[購入リクエストの承認]ページに[カスタマイズ]ボタンがありません
前提条件:
- 設定> 会社> 機能を有効化> 従業員> 時間と経費> 承認ルーティング= Trueに移動します
- 従業員レコード> 人事タブに移動>、購入承認担当者を設定します
- 購入承認担当者の従業員レコード> 人事タブ> 購入承認限度を設定します
- 購入承認担当者の従業員レコード> アクセスタブ> ロールサブタブで、標準の従業員センターを設定します
- 従業員センターのロールとしてログイン(購入承認担当者)>購入リクエストの承認で[カスタマイズ]ボタンはありません。
解決策
- 設定> 会計> 会計プリファレンスに移動します
- 承認ルーティングセクションで、発注書ボックスのマークを外します
- 保存をクリックします
注:FLHに従って、この設定が有効になっている場合、ユーザーは購入承認を処理するための独自のカスタムワークフローを作成できます。ワークフローを使用している場合、カスタマイズボタンは従業員センターの承認済み購入リクエストページに表示されなくなります。
