アイテムレコードに小数点以下2桁を超える仕入先価格がアイテム検索結果に表示され、エクスポートされたCSV / Excelファイルは小数点以下2桁に四捨五入されます。 セルを小数点以下2桁以上にフォーマットしても、エクスポートされたファイルのこの価格では機能しません。
解決策
仕入先価格の代替ソリューションとして、計算式列を使用し仕入先価格 をエクスポートすることができます。
- アイテム保存検索を作成します
- リスト > 検索 > 保存検索 > 新規作成を選択します。
- アイテムをクリックします。
- 検索タイトル:タイトルを入力
- 結果をクリック
- 列をクリック
- フィールド:
注:すべての必須項目は、ドロップダウンメニューを使用して選択し、調整したら[追加]をクリックします。- 仕入先価格を選択
- 計算式(数値)を選択
- 計算式: ROUND({vendorcost}, x)を入力します。
注:ここで、x=倍数の小数点以下の桁数
- 計算式: ROUND({vendorcost}, x)を入力します。
- 列に 仕入先価格などのカスタムラベルを付けます。
- 保存して実行をクリック
- CSVでリストをエクスポート
注:これは機能改善#87550:「リスト > 会計 > アイテム > エクスポート - 項目価格の小数点以下4桁をエクスポートする」に関連しています。
