注文書>特注ワークオーダー>ラインアイテムの場所の変更>アイテムは新しい場所で利用可能ですが、確保済みとして表示されません。
解決策
シナリオ:顧客には2つの場所(Loc1とLoc2)があり、以下の手順に従います。
- Loc1の注文書を作成します
- Loc1の特注ワークオーダーを手動で作成します
- Loc1でワークオーダーを作成します
注:アイテムは、注文書で確保済みとして表示されます - 注文書を編集し、ラインの場所をLoc2に変更します
- 同じアイテムのLoc1からLoc2への在庫移動を作成します
- 注文書に戻ります
実際の結果:Loc2に利用可能な数量がある場合でも、アイテムは入荷待ちとして表示されるようになりました。
注:特注ワークオーダーは、注文書、ワークオーダー、およびアッセンブリー構成で設定された場所が同じである場合にのみ機能するため、この動作が予想されます。特注ワークオーダーは特定の注文書専用に作成されているため、同じ場所にある必要があることに注意してください。それ以外の場合、現在の場所で利用可能な数量に関係なく、注文書は入荷待ちになります。
