このエラーは、[カスタマイズ]> [フォーム]> [アドレスフォーム]にあるカスタムアドレスフォームの必須アドレスフィールドが原因で発生しています。
解決策
一般的に、会社間販売注文の配送先住所は次の階層に従うことに注意してください(SuiteAnswers 37422)。
- 会社間発注書の住所
- 住所がない場合は、補助レコードの配送先住所が使用されます
解決するには、次のいずれかをご確認ください。
- 以下の手順で、カスタムフォームのアドレスフィールドの[必須]チェックボックスをオフにします。
- カスタマイズ > フォーム > アドレスフォームに移動します
- カスタムアドレスフォーム:編集
- フィールドタブ:
- [注意]、[宛先]、[電話]、[住所1]、[市]、[州]、[郵便番号]フィールド:
- 必須:OFF
