シナリオ

ユーザーが既存のFAM資産提案レコードの「親提案」フィールドに値を追加しました。ユーザーが「資産提案の管理」ページに戻ると、更新されたFAM資産提案レコードは表示されなくなります。値セットは、同じレコードまたは別のFAM資産提案の内部IDです。

解決策

ユーザーは、提案履歴検索を作成して、リストの中に欠落しているFAM資産の提案があるかどうかを確認するか、URLユーザーが欠落しているFAM資産提案の内部IDを認識するように変更できます。

提案履歴検索の作成

  1. 固定資産>検索>提案履歴>カスタマイズに進む
  2. 条件タブをクリックします
  3. 標準サブタブをクリックします。
  4. フィルタ列の資産をクリックします

  5. 摘要の設定ボタン( )をクリックします。

    1. FAM資産の提案検索ポップアップ:
      1. 資産:いずれかを選択します。
      2. 設定をクリックします。
  6. 送信をクリックします。
  7. 固定資産の提案レコードのリストを確認し、見つからないレコードを見つけます。
  8. 識別したら、その同じ行で編集をクリックします。

  9. FAM資産の提案レコードが見つかりません:

    1. 親提案フィールド:値を削除し、空白のままにします。
  10. 保存をクリックします。


URLを変更してFAM資産提案の内部IDを更新

  1. 固定資産 > トランザクション > 資産提案の管理の順に移動します
  2. FAM資産の提案リストのいずれか:編集をクリック
  3. FAM資産の提案レコード:URLを参照
  4. 「ID="」の隣にある番号を、欠落しているFAM資産提案の内部IDに変更します。
    例: https://"customeraccountnumber".app.netsuite.com/app/common/custom/custrecordentry.nl?rectype=1068&id=XXX&e=T
  5. Enterキーを押します

  6. FAM資産の提案レコードが見つかりません:

    • 親提案フィールド: 値を削除し、空白のままにします。
  7. 保存をクリックします。

ユーザーは、固定資産 > トランザクション > 資産提案の管理に戻り、前に欠落しているFAM資産提案レコードが表示されるようになりました。
