ユーザーが複数のカレンダー機能を有効にしたいのですが、次のエラーが発生します。「スタンドアロンの調整期間が1つあります。複数のカレンダーを有効にするには、調整期間が既存の期間と重複している必要があります。会計期間の終了日を変更して、調整期間を含めます。」
解決策
これに対する通常の解決策は、会計年度の最後の期間を再開し、調整期間と重複させることです。
ただし、ユーザーが上記の手順を実行してもエラーが発生する場合は、次の手順に従うことができます。
- 設定>会計>会計期間を管理に移動
- すべての会計年度のすべての期間(調整期間を含む)を個別に確認
注:すべての会計年度で設定が正しい場合は、次の手順に進みます。 - 設定>会計>税期間を管理に移動
- 課税期間の1つが調整期間と重複しない場合は、必要な変更を加えます。
- 次に、設定>会社>機能を有効化>会計タブ>アドバンスト機能セクションで、複数のカレンダーを有効化
