毎月のアイテムの在庫数をリストするレポートを作成するには、以下の手順を実行します。

- レポート> 在庫/アイテム> 在庫評価へ
- カスタマイズボタンをクリック
- レポートビルダーで次の操作を行う
- 列を編集リンクをクリックする
- 在庫量フォルダーを展開> 場所フォルダーを選択> 名前を選択
- 場所列を左に移動する-一番最初の列にする
- アイテム、説明、在庫、在庫値/%などの他の列を削除する
- 列の編集リンクをクリックする
- 在庫量フォルダを展開>在庫量を追加
- レポートプレビューで>追加された列の在庫数量をハイライト
- 合計%の列を追のチェックボックスを無効にする
- 代替期間範囲の種類のドロップダウンを今日の日付と比較に設定
- 代替期間の範囲を(カスタム)に設定する
- Jan 20XXを選択
- 列ラベルを20XX年1月に設定
- 注:レポートに表示する必要な月を選択するまで、同じ手順を繰り返して実行する。たとえば、2018年1月から2018年3月までの在庫量をレポートする場合、列ごとに各月の残高を表示するには、ステップ2.b3を繰り返して実行する。
