解決策
考えられる理由の1つは、総勘定元帳 = Falseとなっています。解決するには、Trueに変更してください。
会計帳簿が減価償却と代替減価償却の両方にプライマリ帳簿を使用するように設定されている場合、総勘定元帳は自動的にFalseに設定されます。これを更新する唯一の方法は、インライン編集を使用することです。
サンプルとして1つのアセットを使用する:
- 代替減価償却でFAM資産レコード> 税方法タブ> 編集に移動します。
- 右上:リストをクリックします
- ビューをカスタマイズをクリックします
- 結果タブをクリックします
- フィールド:親アセットを選択
- インライン編集を介して以下の情報を更新し、影響を受けるすべての資産レコードを含めます
- 会計帳簿:ローカル帳簿を選択
- 総勘定元帳:Trueに設定
- FAM資産レコードに戻る
- 税方法タブをクリックします
- 減価償却アクティブ:Falseに設定
- 保存をクリックします
- 手順7〜10を繰り返します。注:減価償却アクティブをTrueに設定します。
- 保存をクリックします
これでレコードが更新され、ユーザーは減価償却の実行に進むことができます。
