解決策
ユーザーが繰延経費ウォーターフォールサマリーレポートにデータが表示されない理由の1つは、影響を受ける経費勘定の繰延勘定が勘定科目の種類=繰延費用ではないことです。解決するには、次の手順を実行します。
- リスト>会計>勘定科目に移動します
- 影響を受ける経費勘定を編集します
- 繰延勘定 = 繰延費用(または勘定の種類 = 繰延費用の任意の勘定)を変更します
- 保存をクリックします
その後、繰延費用ウォーターフォールサマリーレポートを更新します。
または、ユーザーは勘定科目の種類=繰延費用で新しい勘定科目を作成することもできます。影響を受ける延期勘定科目の勘定科目の種類のみを変更するのは簡単でしたが、これは機能改善22411でログに記録される改善要望ですです。したがって、ユーザーは勘定科目を再作成する必要がある場合があります。ユーザーは次のことを行うことができます。
- リスト>会計>勘定科目>新規作成に移動します
- 必要な詳細を入力します
- 種類 = 繰延費用を確認します
- 保存をクリックします
上記の後、影響を受ける経費勘定の繰延勘定として、新しく作成された勘定を使用します。
ただし、ユーザーがどちらのオプションを使用しても、変更は前向きに有効になることに注意してください。ユーザーは、変更/設定された新しい勘定科目を入力するために、既存のトランザクションを再作成する必要がある場合があります。
