アドバンスト保管棚管理機能の無効化

シナリオ

ユーザーは、アドバンスト保管棚管理機能を無効化にしたい



解決策

  1. 保管棚を使用しているシリアル番号とロット番号付きアイテムに関するトランザクションをすべて削除する必要があります
  2. 保管棚を使用するシリアル/ロット番号付きアイテムがキット/パッケージの一部である場合、システムで機能を無効にできる前に、まずその特定アイテムを削除する必要があります
  3. ユーザーは、保管棚を使用するシリアル/ロット番号付きアイテムを次のように編集する必要があります
    1. アイテムレコードより
    2. 購入/在庫サブタブに
    3. 保管棚番号サブリストで、項目に関連付けられた保管棚を削除
    4. 保存をクリック
  4. ユーザーはすべての場所レコードを編集して保管棚を使用チェック・ボックスを解除する必要があります
    1. 設定 > 会社 > 場所 > 場所レコードへ
    2. 保管棚を使用チェックボックス解除する

指定されたオプションのいずれかを行った後、システムはアドバンスト保管棚管理機能を無効化できるようになります。
注:クローズ済み期間に保管棚を使用するトランザクションがシリアル/ロット番号がある場合、クローズ済み期間を再オープンして、保管棚を使用するシリアル/ロット番号のトランザクションを削除しないと機能を無効にできません。
