最新バージョンの固定資産管理にアップグレードしても、資産の減価償却またはバックグラウンド タスクがまだ保留中または進行中であるため、DHR の減価償却スケジュールへの移行を開始できません。すべてのプロセスのステータスを表示するには、[固定資産] > [固定資産のバックグラウンド処理] > [プロセス インスタンス リスト] に移動します。
解決策
- 検索画面で(レポート>新規作成)
- BGプロセスインスタンスを選択
- BGプロセスインスタンス画面で以下の条件を選択
- 設定されるプロセスステータスは、進行中、キュー、失敗-変更の取り消しのいずれかとなります
- 無効はいいえと設定
- 送信をクリック
- 結果ページに返されるレコードを無効化する
