シナリオ
SuiteAnswers Id 12763 > 手順2 > クレジットメモでゼロ数量を使用することを提案しています。ただし、これがシリアル/ロット番号付いたアイテムで行われる場合、在庫詳細情報に0の数量を含めることはできないため、システムはこれを許可しません。
解決策
続行するために、ユーザーはフォームをカスタマイズして「在庫詳細」列を非表示にすることができます。 以下の手順をご参照ください。
- クレジットメモフォームで、「カスタマイズ」にマウスを合わせます
- 「フォームをカスタマイズ」をクリックします
- 「サブリストフィールド」タブ > 「ラベル」サブタブに移動します
- 「在庫詳細」を探し、「表示」チェックボックスをオフにします
- 必要に応じて別の名前を入力してください
- 保存をクリックします
これで、システムは、在庫詳細を構成せずに、ユーザーが0の数量を入力し、クレジットメモを保存できるようになります。
注:このフォームは、数量が0の場合にのみ使用してください。そうしないと、保存時に「xxのアイテムの在庫詳細を設定してください。」というエラーが発生します。
