注文書のステータスを承認待ちに戻したい
解決策
注文書を「承認待ち」ステータスに戻すには、注文書に品目履行/請求書/現金売上が添付されていないことが必要です。最初に「注文書」を「配送待ち」に設定する必要があります。
- 注文書を開き、「関連レコード」タブをクリックします。
- 添付されたレコードのリンクをクリックします(配送/現金売上/請求書)
- 「編集」ボタンをクリックします。
- 「アクション」にカーソルを合せ、「削除」を選択します。
すべての関連レコードが削除され、ステータスが「配送待ち」になると、十分な権限を持つユーザーは注文書を編集し、「ステータス」フィールドを「承認待ち」に更新できるようになります。保存後、注文書のステータスは「承認待ち」になり、必要に応じてプロセスを再度完了できます。
