シナリオ
ユーザーが経費コミットメントと予算検証SuiteAppをインストールします。ユーザーが新しいカスタム予算を入力して送信しようとすると、「トランザクションで使用されている勘定科目はこの子会社では利用できません」というエラーが発生します。
解決策
このエラーは、会計プリファレンスで指定されたカスタム予算アカウントの子会社制限が原因です。ユーザーは勘定科目を変更してエラーを解決できます。
- 設定> 会計> 会計プリファレンスに移動します
- アイテム/トランザクションタブをクリックします
- カスタム予算勘定科目フィールドの勘定科目名をメモします
- 設定> 会計> G/Lを管理> 勘定科目表に移動します
- 手順4でメモした勘定科目を探します
- 編集をクリックします
- 子を含む:チェックマークを入力します
- 保存をクリックします
- システムは、使用されるロールに関係なく、ユーザーの子会社とカスタム予算アカウントの子会社制限をクロスチェックします。
- 従業員の子会社がカスタム予算アカウントを使用できる子会社のリストに含まれていない場合は、管理者のロールを使用している場合でもエラーが発生する可能性があります。
