シナリオ

入出金> 支払処理> 請求書支払処理ページに請求書が表示されない場合があります。ユーザーがページにこれらの請求書を表示できない理由はいくつかあります。 (注:SuiteAnswer記事ID:41704)

  • 仕入先レコード> 銀行支払の詳細タブで、EFT(電子決済)出金票はチェックされていません
  • 支払請求書は別の支払いバッチに関連付けられています。カスタマイゼーション> リスト、レコード、およびフィールド> レコードの種類> 請求書EFT支払い情報> リストのリスト列をクリックし、参照請求書で請求書レコードを見つけます

ただし、仕入先レコードのEFT(電子決済)出金票チェックボックスがオンになっていて、請求書が別の支払いバッチに関連付けられていない場合があります。それでも、請求書支払処理ページに請求書レコードを表示することはできません。

これは、仕入先レコードに設定されているエンティティバンクの詳細で、小切手、銀行コード、およびプロセッサコードがnull /空白であるためです。(仕入先> 銀行支払の詳細タブ> エンティティ銀行の詳細)

通常、これらのフィールドはグレー表示されます。これらのフィールドに値を入力することはできません。これは、銀行番号フィールドに値を入力した場合にのみ自動入力されます。したがって、エンティティバンクの詳細がUIから作成されている場合、この請求書が請求書支払処理ページに表示されないようにすることはできません。

解決策

CSVインポートから作成された既存のエンティティバンク詳細レコード:

  1. 仕入先レコードに移動します
  2. 銀行支払の詳細タブをクリックします
  3. エンティティバンク詳細レコードを編集します
  4. 銀行番号フィールドの値を削除します
  5. 銀行番号フィールドに値を再入力します
  6. 保存をクリックします。

注:小切手、銀行コード、およびプロセッサーコードが入力されていることに注意してください。
