ユーザーは、請求書の残額を償却したいと考えています。これは、クレジットメモを使用して行うことができます。ただし、売上原価に影響するため、償却対象の請求書に在庫項目が含まれていないことを確認してください。
解決策の手順を実行した後の期待される結果:
- 請求書ステータス = 全額支払い済み
- クレジットメモ ステータス = 完全に適用済み
- クレジットメモは売掛帳レポートに表示されません
- メモの会計上の影響は次のとおりです。借方: ステップ6で選択された費用勘定および売掛金勘定
解決策
- リスト > 会計 > アイテム > 新規作成に移動します
- ディスカウントを選択
- アイテム名/番号: 名前を入力してください
例: ディスカウント項目の償却 - 単価/率: 0を入力
- 会計タブをクリック
- 勘定科目: 勘定科目を選択
注: ディスカウント項目に関連する費用を選択してください。 - 請求書を開く
- クレジットメモボタンをクリック
- アイテムタブをクリック
- すべてのラインをクリアボタンをクリック
- アイテム: ディスカウント項目を選択
- 金額: 請求書から償却する金額を入力します
- 保存をクリック
