シナリオ
電子決済は、一度に1つの支払いファイルのみを処理できます。支払いファイル管理(PFA)が最終状態(失敗、処理済み、エラーで処理済み、キャンセル済み)になっていないと、他のPFAが処理されなくなります。
キューステータスで引っ掛かっているPFAを再処理する前に、まずそれぞれのPFAを失敗ステータスに設定します。
解決策
- 入出金 > 支払処理 > 支払ファイルの管理に移動します
- PFAレコードのうち、ファイル処理済み列の値が 処理済み以外であるものが2つ以上あるかどうか確認します
- 処理済
- 失敗
- キャンセル済
- エラーで処理済
- そのようなPFAレコード(処理しようとしている キューに止まっているPFA以外)がある場合、ファイル処理済みフィールドのステータスを 失敗に変更し、保存をクリックします。
- 処理しようとしているキュー状態にあるPFAで、ファイル処理済みフィールドのステータスを 失敗に変更し、保存をクリックしてから、再処理ボタンをクリックしてください。
- PFAが通過した場合、失敗に設定した他のPFAを(1つずつ)再処理することができます。
