ユーザーは、経費勘定を経費カテゴリ XX から YY に変更します。請求可能な費用が顧客に請求されると、請求書の総勘定元帳はYYではなくXXと表示されます。
ユーザーが経費カテゴリ アカウントを変更する前に経費レポートを作成した場合、前の総勘定元帳が引き続き表示されます。変更の適用は、将来を見据えたものでなければなりません。
解決策
- トランザクション>従業員>経費精算書を入力>リストに移動
- 影響を受ける経費精算書を見つけて、編集をクリック
- カテゴリーをYYに変更
- 保存をクリック
- 総勘定元帳タブ: 新しい勘定科目が作成されているかどうかを確認します
- 残りの請求可能な費用の処理
