カスタムロールを使用してログインしたユーザーには次の設定がありますが、それでもエラーが発生します。権限違反:このページにアクセスするには、「カスタムレコードの種類」権限が必要です。エンティティレコードのエンティティ銀行の詳細を編集または作成するときは、アカウント管理者に連絡してください。
I. カスタマイゼーション>リスト、レコード、およびフィールド>レコードの種類>エンティティバンクの詳細
- アクセスタイプ = 権限リストを使用
- 許可タブ、ロールには少なくとも編集のアクセス水準を持つロール
II. 設定>ユーザー/ロール>ロール管理
- 許可タブ> カスタムロールのカスタムレコードサブタブには、エンティティ銀行の詳細 = フルまたは編集権限を持つ
解決策
ユーザーロールには、ロール設定でカスタムレコードタイプのアクセス許可を付与する必要があります。手順は次のとおりです
- 管理者としてログインします
- 設定> ユーザー/ロール> ロール管理に移動します
- カスタムロールの横にある編集をクリックします
- 許可タブ> 設定サブタブに移動し、カスタムレコードタイプを追加します
- 水準を編集またはフルに設定します
- 保存ボタンをクリックします
