ユーザーは、固定資産>[設定> システム設定ページで、承認済トランザクションのみを提案の設定に関する分析を知る必要があります。
解決策
承認済トランザクションのみを提案:有効な場合
- 承認された請求書/仕訳入力に関連する資産がすでに提案されている場合(新しい資産を提案ボタンがクリックされた場合)
- これは、ソース請求書と仕訳入力をそれぞれ拒否および無効にすることによって、資産の提案ページから削除されることはありません。
- 提案されたアセットは、トランザクションの横にあるボックスにチェックマークを付け、提案を拒否をクリックすることによってのみ削除されます
承認済トランザクションのみを提案:無効な場合
- まだ承認段階にある請求書/ 仕訳入力に関連する資産の場合、新しい資産を提案をクリックすると、すでに資産の提案ページに表示されます。
- 元のトランザクション(請求書/仕訳入力)が拒否、無効化、または削除された場合でも、これは提案資産から削除されません。
- トランザクションを削除するには、その横にあるボックスにチェックマークを付けて提案を拒否をクリックする必要があります。
したがって、すべての場合において、資産の提案ページにすでに含まれているものは、元トランザクションの変更によって削除することはできません。提案の拒否を介してのみ削除できます。
